Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It also promotes healing. Reiki is applied by laying-on of hands or with hands near the body. The client remains fully clothed. One hour sessions are by Diane Smith, Reiki Master-Teacher, and are by appointment at my in-home studio, or at your home, hospital or nursing home.

Bordeaux Wines and Supper
Margaux? St. Émilion? Pomerol? Grave? With slides from our recent trip as a backdrop, John will share his practical knowledge of how to buy good Bordeaux wines on a budget, with a tasting of three reds and a white. Then we will have an informal supper where we will pair those wines with small-plate tastings of the cuisine of southwestern France (lamb in bordelaise sauce? mussels? roasted vegetables? cheeses? pastries?) We will discuss food preferences with our guests ahead of time, and there will be a handout with information including decanting, the point system, storage, mail order purchase, and experiences with local Columbus wine stores.
