Nance has been cooking Indian food for 25 years, influenced by Indian friends and particularly Usha, owner of Dancing Ganesha. Her suggested menu includes yogurt soup, Tandoori-style chicken, fried green cabbage, dal, Basmati rice with peas and dill, and fresh fruit with custard, plus wine, water and/or mango lassi. The menu can be all vegetarian, and slight changes can be made for buyer's personal preference.

William Rosqust will provide 2 kayaks for 2 people for 2 hours at the lake of your choosing in Loveland. Horsetooth is not included, and please, no rivers.

You will go on a mutually agreed upon date. Weather can always be a factor and in case of cancellation you will get a rain check.

All equipment is provided.

If you are a single kayak-er and want a guide, William will go with you for the same price.

THIS IS OFFERED TWICE: Two-night B&B at the home of NUUC charter members John and Marcia Lewis in Pueblo. Flexible schedule, after Aug. 20, 2019. Lots to do in Pueblo, including the State Fair (8/23-9/2), Chili and Frijoles Festival (9/20-22), fishing, great museums, concerts at the Riverwalk, and fantastic sunsets on our deck! We also have guest passes to the Pueble Athletic Club. Pueblo is also close to the Royal Gorge, Westcliffe and Bishop's Castle. We look forward to showing you around our new home and area. Vicki offers a repeat of this successful "Coloring Event," with the Clarks, Coloring, Cookies, Coffee and Conversation. Coloring books with intricate themes and designs are all the rage, so here's your chance to kick back with others who enjoy this relaxing pastime, using beautiful colored pencils or pens. All supplies are furnished, and you will enjoy this get-together at Vicki and Tom Clark's home. Tea is also available, even though it doesn't begin with C! $13 each, limited to 10 adults.

The Namaqua Outdoor Club offers a snowshoe trip next January or February. Exact destination and degree of difficulty will be tailored to the people who sign up. If you don't have equipment, it can be rented or borrowed. After the snowshoe outing we will congregate someplace in Estes Park if you so desire. Cost is $15, and there is no limit to the number of people.

Andrea offers quality time in the country, at the Van Nest home near Berthoud, where you can learn to groom and tend to a horse and learn about English riding. Her dogs and kitties will be your welcoming committee.

Enjoy a unique outing as springtime has come to the Rockies. Join Steve for a pleasant, relaxing rowing experience at Inlet Bay on Horsetooth Reservoir, at the Fort Collins Rowing Club docks, home of U.S. Olympic Team members. No experience needed, instruction provided. Minimum age is 12.
If you prefer an even more laid-back experience, you may substitute canoe outing -- boat and all equipment provided, at a location of your choice within 10 miles of NUUC or Foothills UU.
