Nance has been cooking Indian food for 25 years, influenced by Indian friends and particularly Usha, owner of Dancing Ganesha. The Namaqua Outdoor Club offers a snowshoe trip next January or February. Exact destination and degree of difficulty will be tailored to the people who sign up.
