Everything you need to prepare the best salmon dinner imaginable. Start with 2 sides of Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon fillet from Desire Fish. Add Garlic Olive Oil from Drizzle and "A Pinch of Love" Salmon Rub (made exclusively for Drizzle by Bob Currie of Fairhaven), fresh garlic braid from Inspiration Farm and a little white wine. Round out the meal with ingredients from Dandelion Organic Delivery's Harvest Bin and the Community Food Coop and serve it up on a beautiful platter.

1 wheel, approximately 2½-3 lbs., Mutschli cheese from Pleasant Valley Dairy. This cheese has been aged 9 months and can be stored in the refrigerator to lengthen aging or eaten right away. Cheese is local, never heated above 115º, and selected from the first milking of cows pastured on spring grass in 2013.
