Want to try something fun and new? Ever been interested in rock climbing? This is going to be fun!

Join me, a seasoned recreational rock climber at Vertical Adventures in Worthington for a fun and invigorating adventure.

You will get:
-A day pass and rental gear
-A safety overview, stretching, and warmup
-Up to 90 minutes of support and coaching from your personal certified belay partner
-Ample breaks and water, as needed
-Experience bouldering (short routes, no ropes, a mat bellow)
-Experience top rope climbing (longer routes, a rope for safety, also a mat below)
-Learn how to tie a cool knot to impress your friends!

If this is your first time, I promise you will surprise yourself with what you can do on a rock climbing wall. If you can go up a flight of stairs, you can rock climb.

Requirements: must be 18+, under 230 lb, be able to jog across a room, and do 1 pushup from your knees.

Up to three folks can attend a hot (85°-95°) or warm (75°-85°) yoga class at AYA Yoga (As You Are) in German Village. Amber will work with you to find a class date and time that works (and pay for your yoga mat rental if you are not bringing your own). Sign-up is done using your email address, then you check in at the studio.

This celebration will be the GOAT! Come celebrate the year of the Goat with a homemade meal on hand painted antique dishes from China. My grandparents brought them back when they were living overseas. Enjoy a meal of Cashew Chicken, Rice, Soup, a dessert, and wine, along with wonderful conversations.

Have you ever wanted to cut a rug in the worship center, or just get your groove on at First UU? Work with Amber to pick some family friendly dance music, and find a 15-20 minute slot to get down - in conjunction with an existing church function (ie before or after Sunday services, or during First Friday dinner). I will provide some ribbon dancers, and lots of enthusiasm! (Date TBD with winner).

Amber will join a family with kiddo/s (or grandparent/s along with grandkid/s) for a family outing or play date of your choice. I will buy my own admission if we are doing an activity that costs money (such as the Zoo)! This is an opportunity to recruit an extra adult to help with an outing, or just to hang out. Anything from a nature walk, kayaking, or mini golf to the art museum or COSI! I will even bring snacks to share! (Date and activity TBD with the winner).

Enjoy the great outdoors together as a family - with this custom set of two hula hoops: one kiddo sized, and one adult sized! These handmade hoops are sturdier than store bought, and are built to last for many memories to come! You can request one or two favorite colors to be incorporated into each hoop.
