Join us for an adventurous and companionable evening creating your very own tasty Vietnamese rice-paper rolls. Gather round our table and choose your favorite ingredients from traditional rice papers and rice vermicelli, marinated shrimp, chicken or tofu, raw and pickled veggies and fresh herbs such as Thai basil, mint and cilantro. Top it off with fish or peanut sauce, and hot sauce for those who like it spicy! Co-hosted by Wendy Boortz and Deb McGuire.
