These delicious lemon bars were the big dessert winner at the Chili Cook-off! Most of the ingredients are organic. Lemon custard baked over a short bread crust. Freezes well!
Made in a 9x13 inch pan that makes 20 large squares or 40 bars.

Two pints of delicious thick organic chicken vegetable soup, takes 2 days to make! Broth is the first day and soup is the second day.
