 Chinese hot pot dinner with choice of "spicy" or "non-spicy" soup. Cook your own meal in a traditional hot pot with two different soup flavors, your choice of chinese vegetables, meat, seafood, bean curd (tofu), variety of noodles (mung bean, rice, tapioca, yam) and a variety of dipping (sweet, sour, spicy) sauces. Wine with meal and sampling of Chinese teas (including Puerh,Jasmine, and Gawancha (from Yinchuan China) Teas)will be provided. Evening will include information about the Gansu province, a Muslim minority area of China.
