Brew Your Own Kombucha Workshop

 Are you buying Kombucha at the store? Why not brew your own. It is incredibly cheap and easy to do. People from China to eastern Europe have been brewing kombucha for more than 2000 years. It is rich in probiotics and B vitamins, and is relatively low in calories compared to soft drinks or fruit juice. At this Brew Your Own Kombucha Workshop we’ll sample some kombucha, both store-bought and home-brewed, and munch some light snacks. I’ll demonstrate the process and offer some pointers and advice based on 10 years of experience. At the end of this workshop you will have everything you need to get started brewing your own kombucha including a healthy SCOBY (aka mother, mushroom) and starter liquid.
