Enjoy a true Louisiana gumbo dinner at the home of Barbara Willis, born in Baton Rouge. There’s room for 6 at the table. The dinner will include a rich gumbo served over rice with crusty French bread. The meal is not gluten-free. The gumbo ingredients include shrimp, andouille sausage, chicken, okra, onions, garlic, tomatoes, and a light roux (flour and oil). And a lot of love along with good conversations.
