Welcome to our "Unitarian Universalist Church Annual Auction - Game Night" Auction Page! Celebrate with your friends and make new friends at the auction. Come as you are and let's chase Winter away. All are welcome! Our auction is an important fundraising event for the church (and always a fun party), but it is also a great way to bring people together. For even more fun and a deeper connection to our Beloved Community, volunteer to assist before or during the auction. See below for specific volunteer opportunities.

Come join us! It is time to celebrate our First Parish UU community! Celebrate with your friends and make new friends at the auction, Saturday, March 10, starting at 6 pm! Our theme this year is Beach Party Luau. Come dressed for a party or come as you are. Let's chase Winter away. All are welcome!

Yikes! The auction is only -3336 days away. NO MORE AUCTION ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. Our deepest appreciation for all donations!

Now is the time to decide what you will bid on. Create a long list and remember, the more you bid, the more likely you are to win. Also, all proceeds benefit our beloved community!
Doors open at 6 pm for the Silent Auction. Live Auction starts at 7 pm. Paddles are $10 at the door. Free childcare is available beginning at 6PM. Just bring the kids downstairs in Parish Hall when you arrive; no advance signup required.

An auction volunteer will be available to receive your auction items in Parish Hall after church until 12:30 pm on the following Sundays: Feb 11, Feb 18, Feb 25, and March 4. Or contact Janet Ruggieri, janetruggieri123@gmail.com, to arrange a mutually convenient time. Please note that items will NOT be accepted the night of the auction!

  • Clean up Team - A very essential and much appreciated group!
  • Website Data Entry - Enter info from paper donation forms (Not everyone is so tech-savvy)
  • Catalog Proofreader - Keep an eye on donated item entries - fix typos and follow up on missing dates and other essential info
  • Business Donation Gatherer - Visit local businesses and ask for items to donate
  • Raffle Organizer- This can be a lot of fun!
  • Donate food or drink for auction night
  • Assist with food and drink setup and cleanup
  • Decorations team - Creative Opportunity!
  • Bid Sheet prep - Print bid sheets before auction
  • Silent auction table setup in Parish Hall
  • Label and setup donated items as they arrive
  • Post silent auction item distribution
  • Record live auction bids
  • Sell paddles at the door
  • Staff the auction table during weeks before Auction
  • Computer team - help check guests in, enter sales, or settle up
  • Post auction computer/cashier to handle post auction settle up
