384 Court Street, Plymouth, MA

(across from the old Walmart)

We are very fortunate to have Chuck Eaton as our auctioneer this year.

Evening Festivities
 5:00 p.m. - Doors Open
     5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. - Cocktails, Appetizers & Silent Auction
     6:30 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. - Dinner
     7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - Live Auction
 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. - Dessert and Dancing
(Please stay and do what you are able to help clean up The Loring Center before you leave.)

A variety of door prizes will be awarded throughout the Live Auction part of the evening.

Raffle, Raffle Raffle
This year we doing something different for our Raffle.
You will have a chance to win 100, "that's right", 100 one dollar scratch off tickets.
Buy your raffle tickets each Sunday during coffee hour.
$1 buys you 1 ticket, $5.00 buys 10 tickets, and $20.00 gets you a whopping 50 tickets, wow!
The winning raffle ticket will be drawn the night of auction, April 8.

Advance online bidding is now available!

You can enter bids and participate in the fun now even if you can't attend the event.

Stop by the auction table to get a bidding number to enable your login for advanced bidding, then login and browse the catalog. When you find an item you like, click the "Place Bid" link. You will get an email if you are out-bid later. Some items have a buy-it-now price. If your bid reaches that level, you'll win it immediately. Otherwise, bidders at the auction may still outbid you.

Online bidding closes at midnight Saturday Dec. 12 (12 hours before the start of the auction).

$30.00 (per person)
Tickets must be purchased in advance so we can give the caterer the right count.
Please purchase your tickets and make your reservations every Sunday during coffee hour.

You can also purchase your tickets directly through Brownpapertickets.

50/50 Raffle tickets will be available for purchase the night of auction.
$20.00 for 60 tickets
$10.00 for 20 tickets.
$1.00 for 1 ticket.
Guaranteed minimum payout of at least $70.00

Enjoy a relaxing day paddling around Great Island Pond with Ken Stone. Ken is providing a kayak lesson for two people together on the beautiful 77 acre pond located in the Pinehills. All equipment is provided along with a lunch back at Ken's home in Great Island.

  • If you are having any trouble listing your item or placing a bid, please contact Rick and he would be happy to help.
