| Intimate UU Conversations |
Learn interesting aspects of fellow congregants! No matter whether you are newish to the church or a long-time member, this is an opportunity to know others in a deeper manner. Using conversation starter cards, 5 to 6 people at a round table will share their reflections on thoughtful topics that pertain to their lives. For example, “What is the greatest risk you have ever taken?” Or, “Describe a memorable encounter you had with another individual.” After each at the table responds to questions, there will be some time for open, cross conversation. Following a short break for snacks, participants will repeat the process with a new table group. By evening’s end, participants will have gained a more intimate knowledge of 8 to 10 other congregants, and perhaps themselves. | 36 | 27 | 000015.0 | 15 | .00015E7 | 15 | 10/23/26 7:30 PM | |

| Midwest Culture Experience: The Euchre Edition |
From the birch and pine sandy forests of Michigan to the rolling prairies and corn fields of Iowa, there is a culture that has shaped generations: The Euchre party. Euchre, though a trick-based card game like Spades, Bridge and Pinochle, is itself an exquisite distillation that serves as a gateway cardplaying experience. Along with guidance for the novices and initiates to Euchre, Randy and Renee will provide midwestern culinary classics. (We promise there will be some that are not Jello(R) based!)
