Online bidding is now available!

You can enter bids and participate in the fun now even if you can't attend the event.

Stop by the auction table to get a bidding paddle to enable your login for advanced bidding, then login and browse the catalog. When you find an item you like, click the "Place Bid" link. You will get an email if you are out-bid later. Some items have a buy-it-now price. If your bid reaches that level, you'll win it immediately. Otherwise, bidders at the auction may still outbid you.

Online bidding closes at noon the day before the auction.

See the Catalog Grid's "My Bids" link for a summary of items you have potential winning bids placed on.

The Ten Commandments of Entering Items Online

  1. Please put in an estimated value and minimum price – you know your item better than we do and we hate to have to guess!
  2. Capitalize all important words in the title (but not “and,” “the” or “by” for example).
  3. Spell out numbers in titles (i.e Three Gold Rings, not 3 Gold Rings).
  4. Make sure to pay attention to the category and pick the best one for your item or event.
  5. Make sure to check the box (Winner takes it home?) if your item is a “thing.”
  6. All descriptions should end with a period or exclamation points, even if the description is not a sentence.
  7. If your item is an event with more than 4 guests, you should pick a time.
  8. Avoid putting your dinner or event as TBA (to be arranged at a later date).
  9. Putting in a picture of your item is very, very helpful.
  10. Put your items in early – the deadline is October 1 for the $25 early-bird drawing, or October 20 by midnight for the catalog.
