Tai Chi for Health and Well-Being |

Experience the relaxing and health enhancing practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Come to an introductory class in Montclair's Canterbury Park. The approximately one-hour class will be followed by lunch at Judith Rew’s House, 7 Jefferson Place, Montclair (about five blocks from the park). In case of bad weather, date may change or location may be indoors at 127 Grove St. (Flow Studios).
Judith Rew has been practicing tai chi for 18 years and has been an instructor recognized by the Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan Association for eight years. Previously she practiced karate for 12 years. |
