Hike the Canyons, a Sandstone Wonder

Let’s hike The Channels, a maze of gorgeous sandstone slot canyons. A hidden gem. It’s a 6.5-mile out and back, along a well-marked, but sometimes rocky trail with some STEEP climbs. Transportation, trail snacks and a delicious picnic will be provided. Afterwards, we’ll celebrate with a refreshing beverage and gourmet chocolate. Come join us for a breathtaking hike during peak birdwatching season.
Hiking experience recommended.

We will provide transportation. You will bring a pack, boots, layers, water bottle, hiking lunch, and snacks.

This year's "East meets West" will take place in Roanoke. We'll tour the Taubman Art Museum, then head to UUCR to visit and socialize with our fellow UUs from the West. You don't want to miss out on our annual get together with members from the New River Valley UU.

Instead a Scotland Yard detective delivers the shocking news that Lord Jagged is dead! He has been murdered by one of the guests. Possibly you? Your task is to help catch the killer, or maybe it's to get away with murder.
